DAY 1: ARRIVE DELHI

DAY 2: DELHI - RISHIKESH
After a relaxed breakfast drive to Rishikesh. on arrival we will take you for sightseeing of Rishikesh followed by Hindu Arti at Parmat Niketan Dham. Post Arti transfer to hotel for overnight stay.

DAY 3: RISHIKESH - UTTARKASHI
Morning after breakfast start drive to Uttarkashi. Arrive in Uttarkashi and check into Shikhar Nature Resort. Lunch at resort. post lunch visit to Nehru Institute of Mountaineering and explore local market and temples.
Later return to resort for overnight stay. Enjoy symbolic bonfire followed by dinner.

DAY 4 UTTARKASHI - KALYANI - AGODA - BHEWRA
Morning post breakfast start trek to Agoda village (7 kms). Department of Forest, Uttrakhand launch their first rural development project in Agoda by assisting villagers make lodges for Tourist. Dodital Eco Vikas Smiti is actively involved in the development of Agoda village.
On arrival lunch at Agoda. After a little rest, we will take you for a tour of Agoda Village, we will also have an opportunity to visit local home and interact with villagers. In the evening, enjoy cooking demonstration of local Indian Gwarwali food by the lady of the house!
Dinner and bon-fire with local lodge owners and community members and member of Dodital Eco Vikas Samiti. Overnight stay at Lodge.

DAY 5: AGODA
Full day at Agoda for group discussion, cultural exchange with local school children, and Himalayan cleaning drive. We will collect all non-degradable garbage from areas around Agoda along with the local school children.
After breakfast, We will visit the local village school and interact with the students and teachers. There will be a workshop on ecology and eco-tourism at the local school. Workshop will include a discussion and the cleaning of Agoda trekking trial with the assistance of local community member. This will be followed by tree planting by each member of the group.
Evening cultural exchange with local community members. Visiting group members can prepare a play or dance/ music to perform in front of the local community. Local community in exchange will perform their local dance and sing their local folk songs for our team.
Overnight stay at Lodge.

DAY6: AGODA - DODITAL
After breakfast start the trek to Majhi. Stop here for lunch. Majhi has few Shephard hut and it offers very beautiful view of Darwa Top. After lunch continue Trek to Dodital (3024m), in about 4-5 hrs. Dodital is a beautiful lake surrounded by forests of Pine, Deodar, Oak etc. Lake is full of Himalayan Golden Trouts. Arrive and overnight stay in tents. Enroute.- we will collect bio.- degradable garbage.

DAY 7: DODITAL - AGODA - KALYANI - UTTARKASHI
After early breakfast trek down to Kalyani with packed lunch and en route collect all non-degradable garbage. This will be handed over to the local forest department at Uttarkashi for recycling. On reaching the road head, drive back to the Shikhar Nature resort. Dinner & Overnight at Shikhar Nature Resort.

DAY 8: UTTARKASHI
Today we will visit a village for a cultural exchange with local students and community members. Post lunch we will host a workshop at Shikhar Nature Resort where we will invite members of Dodital Eco Vikas Samiti, Forest Department and Local community members to discuss the findings of the trip to Dodital.

DAY 9: UTTARKASHI
We spend our day today relaxing at Uttarkashi and enjoying the river. Morning after breakfast we will drive to Asi Ganga for river crossing. Return to resort for lunch. Post lunch relax by the river and enjoy activities at Shikhar Adventure Camp in the evening.

DAY 10: UTTARKASHI - MUSSOORIE
Drive from Delhi to Mussoorie (305 kms). On arrival, we enjoy lunch at our hotel. Evening free to walk on the famous Mall road and enjoy this beautiful Indian Hill station.

DAY 11: MUSSOORIE - DEHRADOON - DELHI
Morning after relaxed breakfast, we start our drive to Delhi. Enroute, we will stop at Dehradoon, to visit one , out of the many famous Indian boarding school housed in Dehradoon. You will get an opportunity to interact with students and take a tour of the school. We can also arrange a culural exchange between the student. On arrival in Delhi, check in to hotel for overnight stay.

DAY 12:
Today we will do full day Delhi sightseeing, visiting both Old and New Delhi, including the famous tricycle ride and some famous Monuments. We will end the tour with some shopping at the local open market. (Alternatively, we can keep this day for leisure activities.)
Later in the evening, transfer to International airport to take flight for onward destination.

Payment Policy :

  • Booking amount required 100% amount of Flight Tickets & 50% amount of Land Package
  • Rest 50% payment should be done before 20 days of your departure 

Cancellation Policy :

  • Cancellation charge of 25% of total amount on package ( except Flight )per person is applicable any time after the booking is confirmed.
  • No refund, if cancellation is received less than 10 days before arrival.
  • 50% of the total package amount is applicable, if cancellation is received between 11 - 20 days before arrival.
  • 25% of the total package amount is applicable, if cancellation is received between 21 - 30 days before arrival.
  • During COVID or any other pandemic situation the cancellation charges will be on sole discretion of the management and it will be decided on case to case basis.
  • In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases the
  • operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However no refund will be provided for the same.  
  • Cancellation Policy for Air Ticket depends on the Airlines policy
